MARK Wright and Michelle Keegan have demolished their £1.3million Essex mansion - in preparation for building their new dream home.
The couple, who got married in 2015, purchased the pad in October of last year.
At the time, the pair sparked baby rumours after buying the million-pound mansion – which came complete with a playroom.
However, Mark and Michelle, both 33, submitted plans in February to knock down the Essex farmhouse and replace it with a vast Georgian-style home.
According to the MailOnline at the time, the architect drawings reveal the house will feature a ground floor bar, gym, TV room, study, outdoor swimming pool – and of course the playroom.
And now it appears that their plans were given the green light as the former property has been demolished in pictures obtained by The Sun Online.
Where the family home and garages once stood is now an empty plot - with the former owners' hedges the only thing that still remains.
In the aerial shots, only a digger and dirt can be seen where the house used to stand.
Last year Mark left his dream job in the US to concentrate on his marriage to Michelle after two years of making a long distance romance work.
He has made no secret about thinking about starting a family and last year revealed that 2020 could be the time.
Speaking to The Sun Online at the end of last year, Mark – who is currently enjoying a romantic break in Jamaica with his wife - teased: “We say we're going to try [for a baby] every year but something comes up with work.
“So it'll be Michelle filming in South Africa and then I got the job in Los Angeles – so we think, right, we'll try next year.
“It'll be around December or January, we'll talk about it and we'll go from there.”
He continued: "With kids, I used to want three or four. But now, I'm 31, we're not having kids any time before 32.
