Manchester United host Paris Saint-Germain as group H in the Champions League nears a conclusion.
Despite Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side just a point away from clinching a last 16 berth, there are only three points separating the Red Devils from both PSG and RB Leipzig. Edinson Cavani will hope to feature against his former team, having joined United on a free transfer after being released by the Ligue 1 champions, and the Uruguayan is in fine form after his brace earned victory against Southampton last weekend.
Thomas Tuchel has admitted Marcus Rashford’s recent record against the Ligue 1 side is beginning to get “annoying”: "We value him very much when he plays in England and not Parc des Princes, honestly, because (him scoring against us) gets a little bit annoying". Follow live updates, analysis and reaction from Old Trafford on a big night of European football:
A reminder that in Paris on Matchday 1, United ran out 2-1 winners. Bruno Fernandes scored a penalty, Anthony Martial netted an own goal and Marcus Rashford sealed the win in the final minutes. More drama ahead tonight?!
PSG do things the other way around: Former United man Angel Di Maria is left on the bench.
PSG XI: Navas, Florenzi, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Diallo, Paredes, Danilo, Verratti, Mbappe, Kean, Neymar.
Cavani’s goal heroics at the weekend earn him a start tonight against his former side.
Man United XI: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Telles, Fred, McTominay, Rashford, Fernandes, Martial, Cavani
The early match in the group is now 2-0 to RB Leipzig at Istanbul Basaksehir, with Nordi Mukiele on the scoresheet. Yussuf Poulsen has been credited with the first goal.
Assuming no dramatic fightback from the Turkish hosts, it means Leipzig will be level on points with United, with nine apiece - and PSG on six ahead of tonight’s clash.
And as we speak…Kahveci has pulled one back on the stroke of half-time. 2-1!
