Dwight McNeil is fit to play for Burnley against Manchester United but Nick Pope misses out.
The Clarets have dropped Matej Vydra, who has goals in back to back games, and installed Jack Cork into the XI with Sean Dyche opting for a 4-5-1 formation.
Charlie Taylor comes into the side at left back in place of Erik Pieters.
Pope missed the defeat to Newcastle United last weekend with a minor shoulder problem but had returned to training this week while McNeil picked up a knock on Wednesday in training.
United name Marcus Rashford in their XI with Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes also starting.
The Clarets are unbeaten in their past four visits to Old Trafford, winning 2-0 on their last visit 14 months ago.
