Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong has spoken about his future at the club amid speculation he may reject a new contract.
“It's early right now," Chong said. "I'm still a player of Manchester United and the season is in full swing. My focus is on that. The contract will come naturally. I am now focusing on this season. Yes, they offered it (a new deal), but at the moment the season is also in full swing. I keep all options open. But it is important to keep my focus on the season."
Chong is with Netherlands U21s on international duty, with fixtures set to get underway tonight. Chong's side face Gibraltar, while Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire could both start for England against Montengro tonight.
David de Gea, Victor Lindelof and Daniel James are also in international action this week.

Lyon sporting director reminds Man Utd fans of Memphis Depay option
Manchester United have first option on signing back Memphis Depay from Lyon, the French club has confirmed.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to Tottenham recently, having impressed following his departure from Old Trafford nearly three years ago.
Lyon’s director of football Juninho has stated that Depay is happy at the club, and is likely to be offered a contract extension, with his current deal set to expire in 2021.
Should Depay show no sign of wanting to extend his stay in France, though, United would have first priority on their former winger.
“Manchester [United] has a priority if several clubs line up to buy him,” Juninho told the club’s official website.
How United dressing room spirit has changed
Louis Saha believes the ‘good spirit’ is back at Manchester United following their recent revival under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
United struggled for consistency throughout the opening weeks of the new season but appear to have turned a corner after a resurgent run of results.
Solskjaer’s side have won five of their last seven matches in all competitions and have qualified for the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup as well as securing passage to the knockout phase of the Europa League.
Saha believes a key part of United’s recent success is down to the strong team spirit at the club and the manner in which staff members bond with the players
Tahith Chong issues update on his Man United future
Tahith Chong insists he is still fully focused on playing for Manchester United as speculation continues to mount over his long-term future at the club.
Dutch winger Chong is out of contract at the end of the season and recent reports have linked him with a possible move to Juventus if his deal was to expire.
The 19-year-old has been a regular member of first-team squads since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over at United, but Chong has only made four senior appearances since the start of the season.
According to Chong a new contract has been offered by United but he insists that a decision on his future at the club will come ‘naturally’ later in the season.
“It’s early right now,” Chong said.
