A man is due to appear in court in connection with the death of a young Scots mum at her Stirling home.
The 28-year-old woman, named locally as Claire Inglis, died in the early hours of Sunday morning with police called to property in Cultenhove Crescent around 5am.
Officers remained at the scene as they tried to determine the circumstances surrounding the mum-of-one’s death.
A man has now been charged in connection with her death.
Detective Inspector Craig Higgins, from Forth Valley CID, said: "A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Claire Inglis, 28, who was found dead within a property at Cultenhove Crescent, Stirling on Sunday, 28 November, 2021.
“Relatives are aware and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
“The 26-year-old man is expected to appear at Stirling Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.”
