Madonna was seen hobbling on crutches as she joined protesters for the Black Lives Matter march following George Floyd's tragic death.
The international superstar, 61, gave London demonstrators a huge surprise as she turned up among the busy crowd to show her support.
Fans jumped onto social media to share snaps and videos of the pop star, who didn't let her knee injury get in the way at the rally.
She was reportedly spotted chanting "no justice, no peace" at the march, despite being in hospital a week earlier for her injury.
The singer left many mesmerised when they realised who it was, as Madonna chatted and walked alongside fans at the peaceful protest.
Protests have been taking place globally after the death of a black man - George Floyd - in the USA, as white police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck for almost nine minutes while arresting him.
He was charged on Wednesday with second-degree murder.
Arrest warrants were also issued for his three colleagues Thomas Lane, Tou Thao and J Alexander Kueng on charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder.
Madonna has blown up the Internet as fans eagerly took to Twitter to share their praises for the star who turned up while on crutches.
One penned: "Good for @Madonna! #BlackLivesMatter"
"Madonna at the #BlackLivesMatter protest in Central London OMG," another wrote.
While a third shared: "This has made my day @Madonna fighting for all rights since forever."
A fourth gushed: "Wow, Madonna is really out there on the streets protesting in London rn."
Other celebrities have been spotted at the London protests, including Rio and Kate Ferdinand, Love Island reality star Amber Gill and boxing hunk Anthony Joshua.
