Love Island newbie George Day made viewers feel sick tonight with his desperate chat up lines.
The new kid on the block laid it on Factor 50 thick in a bid to steal Demi Jones away from Nas Majeed.
George made a beeline for Demi while she was chatting to the girls - and was not put off by her ungraceful dismount.
When asked where he wanted to go, the cheesy chappy looked at her and said: "I'm happy with the view but we'll go over there."
Putting himself on the line, George confessed: "You're mustard and I'm having you on toast. Fingers crossed. I have to lay it on thick."
He added: "As soon as I walked in I saw you. For me, you stand out. You’re gorgeous. You have quite a lot of things going for yourself."
Demi seemed impressed but then turned on the heat by speaking about their long-term future together.
The lad said: "If you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you have to get on. There's no messing about for me."
Speaking alone in the Beach Hut, George admitted it was early days but he was definitely keen to push the boat out for her.
"This sounds so cheesy as well, I'm so sorry," confessed George to Demi.
Despite it being a cringe fest, Demi confessed that she was missing Nas but felt an attraction to George.
In the Beach Hut, she said: "I am missing Nas but my usual type is a cheeky chappy. George fits the bill.
"It's a devil on your shoulder. I'm really interested to see what George is going to pull out of the bag in the next few days."
Has her head been completely turned?
Love Island viewers took to Twitter to slam the cheesy chat up lines.
One hater said: "George is actually outdoing Mike here his level of cringe is disgusting"
"We are like 2 min in and George has already made me feel a bit queasy," added another.
A third agreed: "This George guy is talking like Del Boy trotter down the market"
