But in Saturday's Unseen Bits, Faye was seen having her doubts about her romance with Teddy before the recoupling drama.

Sitting on one of the day beds with Millie, 24, Faye admitted she feared Teddy was "too cool" for her.

When her friend asked why she thought that, Faye gave the example that Teddy likes to drink "whiskey with one cube of ice" while she still likes to drink Bacardi Breezers.

Millie told her Teddy would buy her a crate of her favourite alcopop before pointing out there was a cloud the shape of a heart in the sky.

Fans took to Twitter to discuss the moment and beg producers to help the couple find a way to reunite.

One wrote: "I AM SORRY FAYE THINKS THAT TEDDY TOO GOOD FOR HER!!!! SHE LOVES HIM SM. they are our winners yes?"

Another tweeted: "I am sorry why is no one talking about faye saying teddy is way too good for her? This proves she likes him, proves she wants him and appreciates him but acted out of fear cause she was gaslit."

A third added: "For everyone saying teddy is too good for faye, yes she thinks so too, he is the first man to treat her right and she was scared he would realize he is too good and leave.

"They have the most genuine and real relationships."

Love Island continues Sunday, August 1 at 9pm on ITV2.
