Lucky winner pocketed £105m

It is the sixth Euromillions jackpot that has been banked this year. It also coincides with the 25th anniversary of the first National Lottery draw.

Must be won draw on Saturday
If you’re not playing tonight, it could be worth getting a ticket for Saturday’s must be won Lotto draw.
No one scooped the National Lottery top prize, meaning Saturday’s guaranteed jackpot of £25m must be won.
The Lotto winning numbers yesterday were: 8, 17, 31, 47, 49 and 52 and the Bonus Ball was 12.
But three ticket-holders became overnight millionaires after collecting a cool £1m each by matching five numbers plus the bonus ball.
Wednesday’s estimated jackpot was £8.6m.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at The National Lottery, said: “To celebrate The National Lottery’s 25th Birthday, Saturday’s draw will see an amazing £25 million ‘must be won’ jackpot up for grabs.
“This means there could be lots more winners each winning lots more.
“We urge all players to get their tickets early to ensure they are in with a chance of winning big in the next draw.”
