Liverpool’s season is done and dusted, and now attention will be switching to what transfer activity the club will partake in this summer.
A whole host of players have already been tipped to join Anfield in the coming months, and they show no sign of stopping ahead of what is expected to be a busy window for the Reds.
Jurgen Klopp will be keen to add to his squad and challenge for the Premier League title next term, but what players will they actually sign?
Here, we take a lookout some of the latest rumours doing the rounds and how likely they are to happen.
Patson Daka, Red Bull Salzburg striker.
Liverpool face further competition for the signing of Daka, according to reports.
As claimed by The Mirror , Leicester City have joined the race to sign the RB Salzburg striker this summer.
The Reds, as well as Chelsea, have also been linked with the 22-year-old who scored 34 goals last season.
It has also been reported that Daka could be available for around £17m this summer.
Liverpool would be very wise to sign a new forward this summer, and a recognised No.9 is probably the best route to go down.
Daka is a player who has been linked with Liverpool for some time, and at £17m he does follow the trend of a promising player with a relatively low price tag that the Reds like to sign.
Whether there is any genuine interest is not known, but if there is that Liverpool’s relationship with Salzburg and the Red Bull franchise as a whole will stand them in good stead.
Lorenzo Pellegrini, Roma midfielder.
Liverpool could reportedly face competition in the race to sign Pellegrini this summer.
The Reds have been linked with the Italy international, who is claimed to have a £25.8m release clause in his contract.
However, according to Italian news outlet La Repubblica , Tottenham Hotspur could rival Liverpool for Pellegrini’s signature.
The report states that Spurs are close to appointing Paulo Fonseca as their new manager, who previously worked at Roma.
It is claimed that Fonseca is a fan of Pellegrini and could swoop to make the 26-year-old his first signing should he be named Spurs boss.

Pellegrini is a player who has recently been linked with Liverpool, but whether the interest is genuine remains to be seen.
Liverpool will need a new midfielder this summer, and there are likely to be plenty of names thrown around before the transfer window closes.
GIven the player has a supposed £25.8m release clause, Pellegrini does represent value for money, but that does not mean that Liverpool are interested or will be in the future.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Lazio midfielder.
According to reports in Italy, the Reds are interested in signing the Serbia international this summer.
As claimed by Il Messaggero , Klopp is keen to bring the 26-year-old to Anfield who he sees as the ideal replacement for Gini Wijnaldum.
The report goes on to say that it would take a “monstrous” offer in order for Lazio to let Milinkovic-Savic depart this summer.
Yet another player from Europe who has been described as the “ideal Wijnaldum replacement” and he probably won’t be the last.
If Liverpool are looking to bring a midfielder in, then they will have a shortlist of options under consideration.
Whether Milinkovic-Savic would be one of those, but the problem with this deal is the price.
The 26-year-old has three years left on his contract at Lazio, who are under no pressure to sell one of their star players.
Given Liverpool have not got the largest transfer budget, we shouldn’t expect this rumour to go much further.
