Here are the Liverpool evening headlines on Wednesday, March 3.
Ibrahimovic mocks Reds
Former Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has poked fun at Liverpool's injury crisis during an appearance at the Sanremo Festival in Italy.
The Swedish forward is guesting at the 80-year-old music festival this month and on the opening night, he couldn't resist a dig at his former rivals.
Appearing on the stage, Ibrahimovic joked about hosting his own festival and wanting a stage as big as the San Siro pitch.
With 27 singers performing at the Sanremo Festival, he then made light of Liverpool's injury list by suggesting he would have to sell four of the musicians so they could have an 11 vs 11 match on the stage.
"First of all, the Zlatan Festival will have 22 singers," he said. "Eleven against eleven otherwise it is not regulated.
"I’ll sell four since there are 27 singers in the competition, there is Liverpool looking for defenders, otherwise I’ll put them in the garden and let them work.
"The second rule concerns the stage, that’s not good, it’s made for little people like you (addressed to host Amadeus).
"I need 105 by 68 meters like San Siro, otherwise the Festival is cancelled for me."

Klopp issues Alisson update
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed Alisson is likely to start against Chelsea on Thursday evening.
The Brazilian goalkeeper missed the Reds' win over Sheffield United on Sunday, as he was on compassionate leave following the tragic death of his father last week.
However, Alisson is set to return to the team for Liverpool's huge match against the west London side tomorrow evening.
Klopp said: “Ali trained for the whole week so yes, we should expect he is available to return. Fab has five or six sessions in his legs.
“We have to make a decision how we deal with that but he looks good and is ready for the squad.”
Adrian replaced Alisson on Sunday and kept a clean sheet in the 2-0 win at Bramall Lane.

Kabak drops Van Dijk hint
Ozan Kabak has seemingly suggested that Virgil van Dijk is set to return to action before the end of the season.
Van Dijk picked up a serious knee injury in October's draw against Everton and is not expected to play again during this campaign.
Kabak has hinted that the Netherlands centre-back might be able to feature before the season's conclusion as he looks ahead to "playing with him" at the back.
"I have met with him. He is a really nice guy, a top person – like his talent," the Turk told the club website.

"He gave me a lot of help and tips about football. Now he is in rehabilitation but I hope he will be back soon and he will help us on the pitch also.
"I am looking forward to playing with him, of course, in the defence.
"He gave me some advice about how Liverpool plays in defence and how we have a high line, so he gave me some tips about how Liverpool play.
"It’s little things but of course it helps when you play, when you defend. He is such an experienced guy and his words are very valuable for me."
