A road close to the centre of Beverley has been completely closed after what is thought to be a serious crash.
Grovehill Road has been closed both ways from Cherry Tree Lane to Coltman Avenue.
Emergency services are understood to be at the scene, including paramedics and police, and drivers are being urged to avoid the area.
One woman said she drove past and saw the "really bad crash".
Traffic is likely to be delayed due to the crash as we enter rush hour.
