Live updates as Cardiff boss Harris holds press conference amid calls for axe

Cardiff City manager Neil Harris speaks to the media this afternoon ahead of the Bluebirds' clash with Luton Town.

Cardiff welcome the Hatters to the Welsh capital with the team and the manager under real pressure to produce a string of results after a terrible start to the season.

The midweek defeat by Coventry City prompted many to call for Harris to be sacked, however the manager is likely to come out swinging ahead of what is now a huge game for the Bluebirds this weekend.

We will have everything the manager says below, so scroll down for live updates.

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Neil Harris' press conference this afternoon.

The pressure is well and truly on heading into Saturday's clash with Luton Town, with the Bluebirds treading water in 18th place in the table.

Cardiff are in desperate need of a win, especially after that turgid display in the 1-0 defeat by Coventry City in midweek, if they are to alleviate any of the mounting pressure.

Stay tuned and we will have all the latest.
