The claim was made by Rabbi Marvin Heir from the US based Simon Wiesenthal Centre, a Jewish human rights organisation. In an interview with the Mail on Sunday, Rabbi Heir accused the labour leader of helping to mainstream anti-Semitism. He also warned that Britain risks becoming a pariah state if Mr Corbyn is handed the keys to 10 Downing Street.
The Rabbi said: “No one has done more to mainstream antisemitism into the political and social life of a democracy than the Jeremy Corbyn-led Labour Party.
“Members and staff who have dared to speak out against the hate were purged, but not those who declared 'Heil Hitler' and 'F*** the Jews.”
He added: “If it wasn't for Winston Churchill and Britain leading the fight against Nazism in the Second World War who knows if the Allies would have won?
“Britain was at the forefront of defeating Hitler and now, on the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, the person who wants to sit in Winston Churchill's chair at No 10 is fostering antisemitism.

“If Mr Corbyn wins he will make Britain a pariah on the world stage. It will be a disaster for democracy.”
Rabbi Heir founded his institution in 1977 and named it after the famous Nazi hunter Simon Wiesenthal, who was a holocaust survivor.
Mr Wiesenthal was responsible for tracking down and bringing to justice over 1,000 former Nazis.
His most spectacular catch was Adolf Eichmann, one of the key architects of the Holocaust.

Election 2019 news: Dame Louise Ellman
A Labour spokesman dismissed the charges against the Labour leader as “ridiculous” and “grossly offensive”.
He said: “Putting Jeremy Corbyn at the head of a list containing neo-Nazi synagogue shooters is a transparent political attack and has nothing to do with tackling antisemitism.”
Labour has been bedevilled by accusations of anti-Semitism ever since Mr Corbyn took over as party leader in 2015.
In Particular, Jewish Labour MPs have bitterly complained of being racially abused by party members and activists.

Election 2019 news: Boris Johnson
This has led to the high profile resignations from the party of Luciana Berger, MP for Liverpool Wavetree and her colleague Dame Louise Ellman, MP for Liverpool Riverdside.
Ms Ellman was particularly brutal in her criticism of Jeremy Corbyn’s handling of antisemitism in the party.
She described Labour as a "party that permits anti-Jewish racism to flourish" and accused the Labour leader of "attracting the support of too many anti-Semites”.
Election 2019 news: Election Timetable
In an effort to draw a line under the scandal, Mr Corbyn asked the barrister and human rights campaigner Shami Chakrabarti in 2016 to look into the extent of anti-Semitism and other forms of racism within the party.
The report concluded that while Labour was not "overrun by anti-Semitism or other forms of racism", there was an "occasionally toxic atmosphere".
It called for a series of recommendations to tackle what it said was the "clear evidence of ignorant attitudes" within sections of the party.
The report was dismissed by critics as a feeble response to a deep seated problem and an attempt to whitewash its anti-Semitism.
Election 2019 news: Parliament
In November, in a further blow to Mr Corbyn, the Jewish Chronicle openly called for British people to vote against the Labour leader, who it claimed had turned a blind eye to anti-Semitism.
In an impassioned front page article, it said: ”Throughout his career, he has allied with and supported antisemites such as Paul Eisen, Stephen Sizer and Raed Salah.
“He has described organisations like Hamas, whose founding charter commits it to the extermination of every Jew on the planet as his “friends”.
“He has laid a wreath to honour terrorists who have murdered Jews."
