Kim Kardashian has revealed she and her children have switched to a plant-based diet, while eldest North is a pescatarian.
“I eat mostly plant-based,” the mum-of-four said in a Q&A on Twitter on Monday night. “No meat anymore.”
The SKIMS CEO went on to list some of her favourite plant-based meals, which include oatmeal and vegan sausage for breakfast, and vegan tacos and salads for lunch.
She added: “Sea Moss Smoothies are really good too."
The 39-year-old said Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and 8-month old Pslam, also follow a plant-based diet.
However, six-year-old North is a “pescatarian.”
The KUWTK star previously shared a tour of her “well-stocked” pantries and fridges, showing off her fresh produce and healthy food items.
She added: “All my kids use a different kind of milk.
“We are building on the property all our own trees to grow our own vegetables and do all of our own stuff.”
In the mind-blowing video of her gigantic fridge, Kim said: "OK, so since the inside of my fridge - and I saw all these news reports - is so baffling I'm going to give you guys a tour of my fridge."
Walking down to her first pantry, Kim panned the camera around to show various cereals, cake decorations and cupboard staples housed neatly on wooden shelves in pristine glass jars.
"So you'll come into my pantry, I got rid of all the plastic so it's all glass jars. Even all my sprinkles and stuff for my frozen yogurt, all of that."
Kim then opened another door, saying: "So you come in the pantry, all there is is the frozen yogurt machine, that's all the little snacks."
"My freezer, and then I got rid of all plastic bottles so I just have this right now, that's just my drink fridge. All my kids use a different kind of milk you guys. Fresh juices, fresh water. That's all that's in this fridge," she explained about the previous fridge caught on camera.
"However, let me show you something. This is the kitchen where it all happens. Say hi Marina! And guys, I have a walk-in refrigerator where we keep all of our fresh, organic produce."
