Kelly Rowland is "feeling herself" - and rightly too.

The former Destiny's Child star looked amazing as she soaked up the sun on holiday in Capri, Italy, with her husband Tim Witherspoon.

Kelly looked amazing as she posed in a mustard-coloured swimsuit, which accentuated her incredible curves, as she lounged on a boat on the blue waters surrounding the Italian holiday hotspot.

Her swimsuit featured stunning detailing that cinched in around her small waist.

"I’m feeelin’ myself," she captioned the short clip, referencing the song by Nicki Minaj and her friend and former bandmate Beyonce.

"I’m feelin myyyyyyy."

Kelly has two children and was diagnosed with diastasis recti after welcoming her baby.

Diastasis recti is a condition where a person's abs separate from one another.

"I was wondering why my abs looked so different, and I couldn’t figure out the reason why," she recalled to SELF magazine.

"I am slightly disappointed that no one told me about diastasis recti."

Kelly remembers noticing a difference in her body, but she just saw it as a new body to "embrace".

She explained to Health magazine: "I didn't understand why I had so many back problems.

"I looked at my stomach like, 'That is not the same girl that was on the cover of this magazine, I look different.' But it was fine, it was just a new body to embrace - I think that I had to check myself."

Since her struggle, Kelly has been championing the body positive movement and feels it is most important for her to be "confident" in her body and who she is as a person.

"I stay body positive by taking care of my body and just being comfortable with the body that God gave me and that continues to evolve," she shared.

"How I became comfortable with my body is understanding that no one looks like me. I kept comparing myself to so many other women who didn’t look like me, and I had to embrace me and all my flaws."

Kelly urged others to always "appreciate the fact that there’s only one you", as she explained how we are all one of a kind.

She wants other people to see themselves as one in a million rather then compare themselves to one another, as she heaped praise on others and encourage them to feel confident in themselves.
