Katy Perry has ditched her blonde looks for a sophisticated shade of brown.
The Firework singer, 36, showcased the transformation while attending the opening gala for The Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures in LA.
No doubt Katy's fans were expecting the singer to turn up with her trademark bleached-blonde hair, but were stunned when she arrived with sleek, dark-brown tresses.
Katy, accompanied by fiancé Orlando Bloom, looked sensational wearing a figure-hugging black latex Louis Vuitton dress with yellow piped pockets and black patent sandals.
The dress showed off her new hair, including super sweet fringe, perfectly in what is a world away from the Californian blonde fans are used to seeing her with.
Not be upstaged by his fiancé, Orlando also looked the part wearing a rather fetching black velvet tux and bow tie.
Proud mum to the couple's one-year-old daughter Daisy Dove, Katy has said the tot is “everything” she could have wished for in a child and more.
Speaking to LuisaViaRoma’s LVR Magazine she said: “She is everything I was ever looking for."
Katy and Lord of the Rings actor Orlando Broom both have busy work schedules, but that has not stopped them from focusing on their family.
“We visit him [Orlando] a lot, and I love carrying her on me or going for walks all day with the stroller,” Katy told the publication.
The happy family visited the island of Capri in August and packed in some serious PDA aboard the super yacht they were staying on.
Katy and Orlando were pictured embracing on the boat as they showed their daughter Daisy had only brought the couple closer.
At one point Katy grabbed her man by his bum cheek as they snogged on the steps of the boat.

Katy and Orlando got engaged in February 2019 and welcomed their daughter Daisy Dove in August 2020.
The singer spoke highly of her fiancé's parenting skills in an interview with L'Officiel USA.
Orlando also has a 10-year-old son, Flynn, from a previous relationship with model Miranda Kerr.
Katy gushed: "I was able to witness him and his fatherhood.
"The way that he showed up for him and continues to show up for him, and the efforts that he makes and the distance he goes, I think that's one of the reasons I made that conscious decision.
"I was like, 'Here's the father of my future children.' I could see his kindness, empathy, care, and tenderness. I courted that. I was like, 'Okay, this is different.'
"And this is his first girl, so it's a totally different feeling for him. I'm really, really grateful to have him. And he really shows up in a huge emotional way, which is unique for me."Read More Read More
