James Corden reveals he’s lost 2.7st after joining WeightWatchers but admits he’s got a ‘long way to go’

JAMES Corden has revealed he's lost 2.7st after joining WeightWatchers but admitted he's got a 'long way to go.'

The chat show host, 42, said he hated working out in between juggling three kids and his TV work.

James looked trimmer than ever in a black t-shirt as he revealed his new trim figure.

Speaking about his health kick on SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show on Wednesday: "I feel like I'm getting better. I'm trying, but I feel like there's still a way to go.. I've lost just over 35lbs.

Talking about his loathing of working out, James said: "I'm trying to, but I suck at it. I'm so bad at it. It's terrible. There are so few hours in the day that are just my own, do you know what I mean?

"I've got three young kids. We have the show and all these things. I feel like, 'Hang on a minute. I've got an hour here where I'm on my own, and I'm doing something that I absolutely hate'. I should just be laying down."

Last March James showed off his incredible weight loss after losing a stone in five weeks on new diet.

James joined Weight Watchers in January and has taken up running, lifting weights and eating chickpea pizzas.

The Gavin and Stacey was snapped stopping off for petrol wearing the Celine branded top and shorts.

James - who lives in America with his family - looked unrecognisable to when he was seen in 2008 while back visiting the UK.

In a chat with Oprah Winfrey on WW’s Facebook page, he said: "I have been doing some exercise, which I hate.

"My wife is planning a little circuit for us after this so we do it together.

"We do these weights and little runs and I moan about it constantly.

"In a year’s time we are all going to be so ripped. It will be crazy. I will be like THE ROCK."

Jose Mourinho chats to James Corden about managing Man United and Spurs, where is best for Harry Kane, how he doesn't understand Cricket and why England can win the European Championships
