Jacqueline Jossa has revealed the horrific messages she's been receiving from trolls targeting her children.
The former EastEnders star, 28, shares daughters Ella, six, and Mia, two, with husband Dan Osborne.
And Jac has admitted that the abuse has made her feel "unwell" as she shared just some of the cruel DMs she's received on Instagram.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Jac wrote: "Important: I'm so confused by trolls and people that write on mad depressing websites about people they class as Z listers...
"Everyone is entitled to their opinions, I just find it mad they don't just write it in a WhatsApp group with friends, chat between friends and just get on with their day. To troll and write in forums is the saddest thing of all."
The mum-of-two went on: "People must be so lonely :( poor guys. I don't understand why follow my page or my account, if you don't like me, believe in anything I do and don't like what I post. It's beyond me. It's so so sad.
"If you don't like me please unfollow me and live your life without having to write about me on a forum or in my DMs. Just unfollow. You don't have to like everybody. I don't. It's human nature and totally fine.
"I just unfollow people that annoy me or bring me nothing but misery. If that's me... unfollow me."
"Something needs to be done about pages that are invented to s*** people off. Something needs to be done about trolls hiding behind a keyboard," she added.
She then went on to post dozens of cruel messages she's received from trolls on social media.
"Just don't follow me. Don't follow my home account. You are all very unwell," she wrote.
"It's affects me and is making me unwell. F**k off, and find some friends and start a private WhatsApp group or something. You are UNWELL."
"Do not talk about my kids. Your fake names mean nothing. You are not invisible and are not hard to find."
In a follow-up post, Jac wrote: "They [trolls] write about the way my kids look and speak. They use bad words and vile language. They try and diagnose them with illnesses and say, 'The little one is clearly disabled and she's ignoring it. Such a bad parent. Bla bla bla'.
"Worst humans in the world. They need to be held accountable for words. The phrase sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me... is outdated. It does hurt."
"Unfollow me, and if you already are unfollowing me...don't check my page everyday to fill yourself with hate. Move on. You don't need to harm yourself daily watching me... move on," she added.
Meanwhile Dan headed over to his Instagram account as he wrote: "@jacjossa Don't let em get to ya babe," alongside a heart emoji.
He also wrote: "You should need to submit identification to be able to make an account online," in a bid to minimise trolling.
