BRITs viewers were raging as the ITV Hub online coverage of the show was plagued by sound issues.
Host Jack Whitehall chatted to Harry Styles and Lizzo during a segment after Billie Eilish scooped Best International Female.
The trio were joking around together and downing tequila, but the jokes went over the heads of ITV Hub viewers.
The sound cut out sporadically each second, making it difficult to bear to listen to.
Viewers took to Twitter to vent their frustation.
"Ffs the sound cutting out is stressing me out #BRITs" wrote one.
"Someones having a mental time in the sound department at the brits" added a third.
"Sort out the sound @ITV#Brits2020" begged another.
Harry Styles moved viewers to tears with an emotional performance of his ballad Falling.
His appearance at London's 02 Arena is the first time Harry has been seen in public since the death of former girlfriend Caroline Flack on Saturday.
Doubts had been cast on whether Harry would go ahead with his performance following the tragic news Caroline had taken her own life on Saturday.
Harry looked sombre as he performed his love song, prompting silence to fall over the 02 while audiences watching at home claimed they were overcome with emotion for the singer.
As Harry performed, accompanied on stage by a piano that was submerged with water, many viewers thought he appeared to wipe away tears from his eyes.
Meanwhile, Sweary Lewis Capaldi was muted as he won the award for Best New Artist tonight.
The Someone You Loved singer, 23, swaggered on stage to collect his first ever BRIT while swigging from a bottle.
However viewers were unable to hear what he said as the sound had been muted by ITV as he seemed to appear to have sworn pre-watershed.
