Anti-vaccine stickers appeared on the signage of Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary over the weekend.
The stickers, spreading anti-vax and conspiracy misinformation about the Covid-19 pandemic, purport to be from a group called the 'White Rose'.
A number of stickers were spotted on the hospital signs on Queen Victoria Road on Sunday, September 26, with dozens of anti-vaccine and Covid -denying messages also spotted in the nearby Leazes Park.

The stickers bear messages including; 'we've become a society of spinless, muzzled cowards,' 'stay sane,' and ' I hope you're all enjoying week 271 of three weeks to flatten the curve.'
Newcastle city centre resident, Sarah Robinson, said she was left feeling 'angry and sad' after spotting the stickers while out walking on Sunday morning.
"It's just like sticking two fingers up to the nurses and doctors and all the other people who work in the hospital who have to walk past those signs to get to work every day," she said.
Sarah, who cares for her 81-year-old dad who has blood cancer, continued: "I take my dad to the Freeman Hospital every month for his appointments and those nurses and doctors have worked hard throughout the pandemic to keep patients safe.
"It just breaks my heart to see signs like that.
"They are shouting about freedom, but they are able to go out and do what they want because there aren't any strict rules anymore.
"But for people like my dad, he can't even go to the shops because no one is wearing a face mask anymore. "
Sarah, who removed the stickers from the hospital signage and a number from Leazes Park, said she worries such messaging puts people like her dad at even greater risk.
The 48-year-old said: "It's really tough for people who are vulnerable and it's horrible to see these messages.
"For people thinking they won't get it then that's fine, but if they give it to me in a supermarket and I give it to my dad then that's it.
"Or for someone with asthma, or for children who are vulnerable - there are some really vulnerable kids out there that are really at risk of Covid.
"It would be nice if people out there could work together to help protect everyone."
The stickers have appeared on the same weekend that hundreds of people marched through the city centre in protest over vaccine passports and Covid jabs being offered to children.
However, it is not the first time that anti-vaccine messages have targeted hospitals in the city.
Earlier this month vandals painted swastika symbols on signage at the Freeman Hospital.
The words "NHS Liers" were also scribbled on the signs in the shocking act of vandalism that is being investigated by police.
