Aldi has confirmed that it won't be open on Boxing Day this year.
While we still haven't had Christmas yet, there are people out there who are already panicking about how they will cope with the shops being shut on December 25.
Well they shouldn't worry too much as they are only closed for ONE day and will re-open again on Thursday, December 26.
After staying open right until Christmas Eve evening, the supermarkets will close, giving staff as well deserved day off, before many re-open on Boxing Day so customers can get even more food and drink in for the festive period and start stocking up for New Year.
Many supermarkets are expected to have sales on and, if you'll know if you've ever been to Aldi, it's middle aisle is always good for a random bargain!
However, where Aldi differs from some of its competitors is that it WON'T open on Boxing Day, so staff will get to enjoy another day of relaxation.
