THIS is the stylish new dessert restaurant due to open soon in the heart of Bradford city centre.
The opening of Haute Dolci, the latest addition to The Broadway, has been delayed due to the restrictions imposed through the Covid-19 pandemic, but the team is now raring to go.
The unit, next to Pizza Express, has been given a sleek finish, bringing a touch of luxury to the shopping centre.
“We have created a classy, chic and sophisticated spot right in the heart of Bradford, where customers can enjoy their grand desserts and incredible cuisine,” an announcement from Haute Dolci said last year.
“With sleek, outstanding furnishings and our unmistakable high end taste the new Bradford branch is simply unmissable. Take a break from your retail therapy with a velvety smooth hot chocolate and enjoy the elegant, stylish interior.
“We have ensured nothing but the best for our customers every step of their delicious journey. We are more than a restaurant, we offer a feeling of pure bliss through the art of delectable, creative cuisine.”
They said customers can expect “the highest quality of service from our award-winning brand”.
Nizam Mohamed, CEO and co-founder of Haute Dolci said: “We are extremely proud of how far we have come.
“We take great pride in providing our customers with nothing but the best. From the moment our customers enter our stores, we want them to feel delighted by our service and this is what we aim to achieve with our new Bradford branch.”
Ian Ward, general manager of The Broadway, said: “We’re delighted that the launch of Haute Dolci is imminent.
“It’s been a labour of love for the team in the restaurant as various national restrictions have unfortunately delayed the opening of the Bradford venue.
“However, as we progress forward with the Government roadmap and welcome back indoor dining, we’re thrilled Haute Dolci will be joining our selection of eateries.”
He added: “At The Broadway, we’re committed to bringing new and exciting retail and leisure experiences to Bradford and the wider region. There are lots of exciting announcements to come in due course.”
In February, it was confirmed Ninja Warrior had signed a lease with the centre and it is due to open in the autumn.
Based on the hit ITV programme, it will feature an assault course with a variety of obstacles such as ring sliders, carriage wheels, quad steps, spider walls, cliff hanger and end with the ultimate challenge to ‘beat the wall’. Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill is also set to open.
