Regent Seas Cruises has unveiled a glimpse of new cruise ship Seven Seas Splendor, and it boasts one of the most extravagant suites we've ever seen.

The Regent Suite comes with heaps of lavish features including a £154,000 bed, a private spa complete with steam room, and a dedicated butler service.

Stays start from $12,000 a night (approximately £9,251), but despite the hefty price tag, it's already completely booked out for the ship's inaugural sailings in 2020.

At 4,443 sq ft it's one of the largest cruise ship suites in the world, believed to be 20 times larger than an average stateroom.

It's no surprise then that the huge suite boasts a spacious living area, a fully stocked bar, a massive bathroom and even its own solarium.

Then of course there's the bedroom, where you'll find the $200,000 Hästens Vividus custom handmade mattress.

The king-sized bed has been built by four master artisans at the Hästens in Sweden, and features a pinewood frame, steel springs, and layers of flax, horsetail hair, and cotton and wool batting.

It's estimated to have taken over 300 hours of labour to create.

Then there's the in-suite spa, where guests can relax in the sauna, on the heated relaxation loungers, or in the steam room. All decorated in Italian marble and stone with gilded golden features of course.

There's even a treatment room - and did we mention that they're entitled to unlimited spa treatments?

The suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows along three sides of the ship so that passengers can take in incredible views of the ocean and the ports as the cruise ship arrives at each destination.

There's even a guest bedroom in the luxurious accommodation, with a walk-in closet and its own private balcony. (The Regent Suite sleeps up to six guests).
