Boxer Amir Khan and his wife Faryal Makhdoom welcomed their third child to the world earlier this week - a son called Muhammad Zaviyar Khan.
The Olympian, 33, announced the exciting news that his son – Muhammad Zaviyar Khan – had arrived with a post on Instagram to his 1.3 million followers.
He shared a photo from St Mary's Hospital of the newborn lying against his bare chest and wearing a knitted hat.
Khan wrote: "My beautiful Son Muhammad Zaviyar Khan was born today 22/02/20 weighing 7lbs 12oz."
Amir and Faryal, 28, will be welcoming their new bundle of joy to their estate in Bolton.
The couple already share two daughters – Lamaisah, who was born in 2014, and Alayna, who was born in 2018 – and have welcomed little Muhammad to the clan this week.
The tot is set to live a life of luxury from the moment he’s brought home.
Amir and Faryal’s estate includes two houses they reportedly split their time between, a trophy room for all the champion boxer’s gongs and a walk-in wardrobe bigger than most people’s ground floors.
Appearing in an episode of MTV Cribs last year, the boxer allowed fans a glimpse into his luxurious estate.
The family reportedly live in a more modest bungalow, rather than their £1.2 million mansion next door, after Faryal spent a cool £250,000 renovating it.
The quarter-of-a-million revamp seems money well spent as Amir’s doting wife turned the property into the perfect place for Khan to relax away from the strain of camp.
Amir has his very own “man cave”, whilst little Muhammad will be able to play in his lavish nursery room.
But the Khan’s and their new baby won’t be settling in the Bolton estate for long.
The couple are moving out of the boxing champ’s home town.
Their £1.2million mansion has been on the market since September 2018 but they have now sold up.
Faryal told her 883,000 followers last month: "Getting rid of some of my house furniture because I am moooooving soon!!"
She started flogging her and the boxing champ’s luxury furniture on Instagram before the couple move house.
Despite Amir’s estimated fortune of a £23million, Faryal asked fans to dive into her DMs to put in offers if they are interested.
But she warned they are “high end” and “bespoke” and isn’t “cheap” so only asked for genuine buyers and no time wasters.
The 50 items include crystal chandeliers, entrance hall bench, a table rug, feathery bird lamp and antique wall lamps.
She is also selling her dining room table chairs, two living room side tables, antique mirrors, lamps and cushions.
The couple are rumoured to be moving to posh Ascot, Berkshire.
They were spotted house hunting in the town famous for its royal race meeting last April.
Khan married his wife in 2013 although they briefly split around 2017 before reconciling.
The lightweight champion boxer married the model in a lavish New York ceremony.
The couple have battled through Amir's rumoured indiscretions with other women as well as his accusation against Faryal that she cheated on him with Anthony Joshua - something both parties denied.
Faryal and Amir's family had a very public falling out in the past, although they later solved their differences, but it now seems Amir is ready to fly the nest of his hometown with his new family of five.
