I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here fans were delighted tonight to see a rare and unusual TV moment.

Fans enjoyed watching popular faces from three different TV soaps 'crossover' and come together on the show.

Eastenders star Adam Woodyatt and Corrie's Simon Gregson are currently 'Lords' in the camp and therefore have better beds than the others. The rest of the campmates are sleeping in suspended hammocks.

Emmerdale 's Danny Miller was eying up their more luxurious beds when he said: "Even though I’m not allowed to sleep on the Lords’ beds, it has crossed my mind whether Emmerdale just sneaks its way between EastEnders and Coronation Street. And then there’s just a huge soap sandwich in there."

Fans loved his response and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.

Rose said: "Ian Beale and Steve McDonald in bed together is a soap crossover I didn't think we'd ever see # ImACeleb ."

One user said: "Here's to soap sandwich."

Andy said: "Soap Sandwich sounds like a plan, Danny."

Another user said: "Soap sandwich. Quote of the season #imaceleb"

The show returned today after three nights off air due to high winds from Storm Arwen.

The episode also got "a bit windy" as the campmates spoke about breaking wind in their sleeping bags.

Pop star Frankie Bridge admitted while in the Telegraph: "Something is quite satisfying about it. I don’t know why. Look, we’re eating so many beans, everyone’s at it.

"When you’re around everyone, you don’t want to be doing that when you’re around the campmates. So, I think maybe your sleeping bag’s the safest place for it."
