I’m a Celebrity 2020: When do stars start leaving ITV show?

As the new series of I’m a Celebrity passes its halfway mark, you might be wondering when people will start getting booted off.

It was confirmed by Declan Donnelly at the beginning of this year’s series that the ITV show would run for three weeks.

However, it seems it will run just shy of a full 21 days with the final set to be broadcast on Friday 4 December.

While it’s currently unknown which precise episode will see the first contestant eliminated from the show, we can look to previous instalments to suss out when this might be.

Usually, the eliminations come thick and fast about nine days before the final is due to air.

But this point in the series has already passed, meaning the first star could be booted off any day now.

The first elimination helps reveal the identity of the celebrities that viewers have taken under their wing.

Looking at the current odds, it seems like Paralympian Hollie Arnold, broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire or West End star Ruthie Henshall will be among the first to be voted out.

This year’s favourites include Radio 1 DJ Jordan North, EastEnders star Shane Richie and podcaster Giovanna Fletcher.

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! continues nightly at 9pm on ITV1.
