I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Danny Miller woke up very happy in the latest episode of the ITV show after sharing a bed with David Ginola.
Wednesday night's instalment saw David, 54, announced as new camp leader and Danny, 30, as his deputy, which meant they got to kick Simon Gregson and Adam Woodyatt out of the comfy double bed.
So in Thursday night's episode, the former Emmerdale actor was seen getting up with a spring in his step.
Danny joked to camp mates Louise Minchin and Frankie Bridge: "I’m David’s b***h, I’m happy with that!"
He went on to reveal that he's been a fan of former footballer David since he was five or six-years-old: “It’s bonkers honestly. I had top number 14 because of him because he was 14 for Tottenham."
"He was like another Beckham wasn’t he?" Danny continued as Louise added: "Yeah he was," and Adam concurred: "He really was."
"And now I’m in bed with him!" Danny added, laughing.
Continuing their conversation outside Louise said: "I remember, David Beckham, Michael Owen…"
Danny replied: "Michael Owen broke my heart, he wouldn’t have a picture with me when I see him. He just went no… he’d had a really bad game, so I blame that."
Frankie then added: "I remember talking to Wayne about a particular England game, I think Beckham and Michael Owen might have been in and I was like describing it to him [Wayne] and he was like, ‘Yeah I played in that…’ and I was like, ‘Oh did you? I only remembered the pretty ones at the time you know'."
Danny's delight at sharing a bed with David comes after it was revealed his family had broken the rules by trying to send him a message of support via an aeroplane.
The contestants are thought to have been inside the castle when the plane was overhead, but production crew saw it hovering in the sky with a banner on the back saying "Danny Miller to win I’m A Celebrity".
The message also said "Love from Pufalump." and is thought to have been organised by friends and family of the Emmerdale star.
A show source said: "It seemed like the idea was to fly over the castle in the hope Danny or a contestant would see it and pass on the message to boost his morale.
"It will also have flown over some towns in North Wales which won’t do his chances of becoming King Of The Jungle any harm either."
Danny is currently around 4th favourite to win the show at 5/1 with David Ginola 2/1 favourite.
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! airs at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
