I'm A Celebrity star Naughty Boy left viewers gobsmacked after he scooped a whooping 11 stars in his very first solo challenge.
The DJ, 36, proved that he's a force to be reckoned with when he surpassed his own expectations by collecting all the stars in the gruesome challenge where he was pelted with fish guts.
Naughty Boy put all his energy into the Creepy Closets task just moments after he told I'm A Celeb hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly that he was doubting himself ahead of his first solo trial.
Nevertheless, he added: "I’m actually pretty pumped. This is my first solo trial, I’m looking forward to it, focussed."
And the music star didn't disappoint.
Although he got off to quite a slow start, as the gruesome and challenging task went on, Naughty gained momentum and confidence - and viewers couldn't quite believe their eyes.
Impressed I'm A Celeb fans flocked to Twitter to praise the star, who has endured quite a rocky journey over the past week.
The DJ has threatened to quit the ITV show twice, and after Richard Madeley's shock exit last night, Naughty Boy insisted that Friday would be his last night in the campsite.
"I really don't want Naughty Boy to leave. He's a gem. He just takes a bit of warming up I reckon. He smashed that challenge and proved himself to be a leader," gushed one viewer.
"Love Naughty Boy's attitude and energy. He did amazing getting 11 stars. I see him making it to the final after that," another echoed.
A third added: "Naughty Boy out here proving everybody wrong. And looking macho as hell doing it."
"If Naughty Boy leaves I'm A Celeb it would literally be like watching paint dry. He's the only exciting one on the show. Love that he won 11 stars," someone else tweeted.
"Yes Naughty Boy!! Backing him to win the show," another I'm A Celeb fan enthused.
It comes after Naughty Boy threatened to quit the show for the second time.
The 36-year-old revealed to his campmates earlier that day that Friday would be his final night in the camp.
During a clip from tonight's explosive episode, he told Snoochie, Matty and Danny: "I want to make tonight a special night, as I will be leaving in the morning.
"I just think my time here is done."
In a bid to change his mind, Snoochie told her campmate that his time on the ITV show had just started, and was nowhere near finished yet.
"I feel like your journey’s only just begun. If I had handcuffs I’d chain you to a chair, but I don’t," she insisted.
In response, the DJ said: "At some point you do have to do what’s best for you.
"I’m still planning to leave tomorrow. I feel like my journey here in the camp has come to an end. I can’t go against my spirit.
"I genuinely feel good about it. I don’t feel sad, I don’t feel like. I wouldn’t be leaving if I knew I haven’t challenged myself or overcome any fears because what’s the point of being here in the first place?
"It’ll be sad for me to go, honestly, I love all of you."
But the music star made a complete U-turn the next day, following the success of his solo trial.
Following his spectacular performance, Emmerdale star Danny Miller asked the DJ if he was planning on staying.
The soap star said: "Are you going to stick around now? You’re not going anywhere are you?"
Confirming he’d stay, Naughty Boy told him: "I can’t… after 11 stars!"
I'm A Celebrity airs every night at 9pm on ITV.
