Woman robbed of garden furniture twice by neighbors as possible Used it in the most British way and politely asked for a return.
Lia Hatzakis, 29, found her new garden table set incomplete.
She initially thought they had been accidentally smashed by builders and removed in the aftermath.
But then, she claims, she later found her neighbor sitting in a garden chair and her "jaw dropped."
Their garden is fenced off.
Her partner Akilea Kiriakou, 35, recovered the missing chair through her shared alleyway, she said.
But shortly after, her YouTuber Lia, on her second visit, noticed that the chair was missing and decided to document what happened.
In a video — posted on her TikTok account — Lia found her furniture in her neighbor's garden for the second time When she photographed herself.
"I looked in the garden and there was a man sitting there!" she said.
Leah, who lives near Warwick, Worth, was seen asking her neighbor to return her chair, and her neighbor readily agreed.
She said: "Hi, excuse me, I noticed that my garden furniture is there. Can you give it back to me?"
In the video, a man claimed someone else had stolen the furniture, adding, "I woke up one morning and it was just there."
Leah, she said, decided to give him room for doubt.
The video went viral on her TikTok and has been viewed over 2.5 million times. Lia said many people commented on her polite exchanges.
