HSE 'takes no further action' after investigating Kincaidstone explosion that destroyed home

After investigating the explosion in Ayr that seriously injured a family of four, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) will take no further action.

No one will be prosecuted after a massive raid last October at Kincaidston Gorse's four homes in his park.

Explosion investigation closed.

Her two children, aged 12 and her 16, and a mother and father, aged 43 and her 47, were taken to hospital after the Oct. 18 incident. .

Residents directly affected by the explosion have been advised that no further action will be taken.

In a letter seen by Ayrshire Live, HSE confirmed that it would not file a report with the Public Prosecutor's Finance and Crown Her Office Services.
