DANIEL FARKE joked he might play Teemu Pukki at RIGHT-BACK tonight after Norwich were rocked by an injury crisis.
Striker Pukki pipped Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling to the Premier League Player of the Month gong after his five-goal burst in August.
But boss Farke said: “If I tell Teemu to play right-back, he will.”
Norwich’s German manager has ELEVEN players either out or playing through the pain barrier.
And that has left him with two fit defenders ahead of City’s visit.
He said: “We won’t cry. All my players can play in a defensive role. I said we would have to climb Everest to stay up — and now we have to do it without tools.
“But as long as we can find 11 lads we will fight for the points.”
Farke added: “I’m delighted for Teemu, he totally deserved it.
“He can handle it. I’m not concerned he will lose the ground under his feet.”
