Holly Willoughby shares cryptic quote about ‘letting go’ of ‘negativity’ on break from This Morning

HOLLY Willoughby has shared a cryptic quote about "letting go" of "negativity" while on a break from presenting This Morning.

The 40-year-old has penned her first book, giving fans sought-after look into her life.

Holly, a mum-of-three, will address everything from body-image to burn out in the personal book “about finding your beauty, inside and out.”

Today she has shared a quote about how to find "true beauty" - and it starts by letting go of the negatives.

Holly said: "Letting go of the judgement and the negativity makes space for love and kindness and a passion for everything around you and what you do.

"That is true beauty and that is what shines out into the world brighter than anything else."

The This Morning host described the experience of writing it as “intense” and says there are “pieces of her between the pages".

The book will feature both photographs of the star and illustrations.

Speaking about the project as she announced its publication this October, Holly said: “I’m so excited to publish this book with Zennor and the team at Century. Reflections is a celebration of how inner and outer beauty can work together in perfect harmony, which hasn’t always come easily to me.

“I hope this starts a discussion and helps readers reflect on their own paths and on where they find themselves now.”

She continued:  “Writing this book has been an intense experience; there are pieces of me between the pages. It’s a one-off collection of personal essays, internal thoughts and stories.

"The time felt right to share this with you now and as our path goes on and we continue to walk along it, I can’t wait to hold your hand and walk together.”

She will use her own experience to look at “why we might simultaneously feel frantically busy and completely detached, the importance of listening to intuition and what it means to see yourself.”

The book apparently explores what it means to live a beautiful life in the modern world.”

Sharing her latest news, the This Morning presenter told her followers: “Please come and join me to celebrate my new book Reflections.

“I’ll be live in conversation and talking all about my experiences about how I learned to live a fuller, happier life.

“I’ll be chatting about everything I think might help you find your way to celebrate yourself-whether that’s finding your perfect lipstick, listening to your intuition or simply finding time for you. Can’t wait to see you there.”

Holly previously described the experience of writing it as “intense” and says there are “pieces of her between the pages".

Holly and her husband of 13 years Dan Baldwin are parents to Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and six-year-old Chester.

As well as being a mum, Holly is very busy with her TV work - most notably hosting This Morning.

She's also an ambassador for Marks and Spencer.
