Holly Willoughby was reduced to tears during an emotional interview with a sweet young boy on today's episode of This Morning.
When little Christian was born with severe brain damage, cerebral palsy and impaired vision, doctors feared he would never be able to 'walk, talk or even smile'.
But with help from his big sister, together they have defied medical experts.
The four-year-old appeared on the show alongside his 18-year-old sister Jade Kilduff who has spent a year and a half teaching him Makaton - a sign language programme - so he would be able to communicate.
Jade told Holly and co-presenter Phil how she had spent a lot of time with her younger brother but wasn't able to get him to communicate back.
Until one day when Christian - who was fostered then later adopted by Jade and her family after no other family came forward - used sign language that Jade had tried to teach him to tell her that he was finished with his meal.
Jade also told the ITV presenters that it was her dream to do a degree course in Special Educational Needs and Disability at university but couldn't bring herself to leave home
But thanks to Jade, Christian has learnt more than 200 signs and can now say simple phrases like "I love you" and "thank you".
The two of them have since even become internet sensations, with thousands of people liking their Facebook page and watching videos of them signing along to their favourite songs.
During the emotional interview on the show, Christian stretched out his arms and hugged Jade and finished off her sentence to tell he that he loves her "to the moon and back".
Holly then fell back in her seat whilst covering her face as she started welling up at the heart-warming moment between the two siblings.
She continued to sob, wiping away her tears as she began to express to Jade how amazing her and her family are.
Looking over at Phil, she admitted that the siblings had "made our week".
Unsurprisingly, many ITV viewers who had been watching the show from home took to Twitter to also share their admiration and praise for Jade and her family.
One tweeted: "Beautiful story, cute little boy, remarkable young lady and family. You can/could see the love and passion in her eyes, we need more people like you. Hope you all have a Great Christmas xxx"
Another wrote: "What amazing family crying my eyes out how beautiful are they all to see Christian for the beautiful clever boy he is and never gave up on him this is spirit of Christmas right there xx"
A third said: "OMG how wonderful was their interview on This Morning. I’ve wept smiled laughed all within 10 minutes Absolutely inspiring Family but what amazing young lady Jade Truly a beacon of what is wonderful in this world #SEND#Inspirational "
And a fourth posted: "How amazing is this story.. such a remarkable family.. perseverance, patience, belief and most of all LOVE and anything is possible.. the world is such a better place with people like this in it @thismorning#ThisMorning "
