Gordon Ramsay has made sure that he’s throwing all his weight behind supporting daughter Tilly on her Strictly Come Dancing debut.
In fact, he was swinging from the chandeliers about it - kind of.
The famed foul-mouthed chef shared a video of him calling his daughter ahead of the launch show last night, where he showed off his own moves.
In the adorably sweet clip, Gordon, 54, was seen grabbing hold of a chandelier and rocking on it, all while singing along to hit track Chandelier by Sia.
Giggling as he did so, the dad was clearly proud of his daughter as she prepared to step out onto primetime Saturday night telly.

Alongside the TikTok, he wrote: “Go get them @tillyramsay !! Your old man definitely doesn’t have the moves to be on @bbcstrictly !! So excited for tonight Xx”
In Tilly’s introduction video, viewers saw her meet her dance partner for the first time.
She will be competing with newcomer Nikita Kuzmin, a 23-year-old Ukranian dancer who was raised in Italy.
FaceTiming her dad, CBBC chef Tilly introduced him to the new man in her life - and naturally, Gordon couldn’t help but be a wind up.
As Nikita introduced himself to Gordon, the Hell’s Kitchen star left Tilly red-faced by saying: “Nikita, can you do me a favour? Can you do your shirt up?”
The latin and ballroom champion quickly obliged.
It seems the young pair’s chemistry hasn’t gone unnoticed by the viewers or, indeed, the judges - with Craig Revel-Horwood saying he thinks Tilly may ‘fall in love’ with Nikita.
“Nikita is hot, hot, hot. Tilly might fall in love!” Craig told us in his first impressions rundown .
“They look great together. I would love to see Gordon Ramsay on here and having his daughter is the best, best thing.
“She looks keen and I can’t wait to see her personality.”
Tilly is going to have her hands full though - considering she will be starting university while also training for the Strictly glitterball.
“We’re going to figure it out, aren’t we?” Tilly told Claudia Winkleman. “I think it will be quite nice to have the two break each other up. When I’m not dancing, I can go into a lecture, and to get my mind off the work I can come dance and learn some more with you.”
Nikita confirmed that her first routine will be the waltz next week.
