She's recently undergone a body transformation, losing several pounds over the last year, but a newly slender Gemma Collins hasn't noticed any differences in the bedroom as she's always been "super body-confident".
"I think everyone can have sex - any size, shape or background," she tells The Mirror as we chat about her sex life.
"For me, I've always been super confident in the bedroom," the TOWIE legend confesses when asked if her new love of exercise has improved things in the bedroom.
"I'm really flexible and I've always moved about the bedroom whether I've been bigger or smaller, so it's never really affected me, but I am really confident."
The 40-year-old telly star rekindled her romance with former fiancé Rami Hawash earlier this year, and she doesn't hold back when it comes to praising her partner for making her feel good sexually.
"To be honest, if you're not confident then someone's going to pick up on it and it makes it 10 times worse," she explains to us.
"I’ve never been unconfident at all in the bedroom. If you’ve got a partner that adores the bones of you, there’s nothing to be unconfident about you know?"
"Rami adores me, every part of me," she continues.
"That’s when you know you’re with the right person. They’re not trying to change you. They adore every part of your body. That’s love, hunny."

As the queen of high self-esteem, we quizzed the Diva Forever star for tips for those who may not be as confident about stripping off for a steamy sex session.
"Well what you've got to remember is that if you're going into the bedroom, that guy or girl - or two girls and two guys, whatever the scenario here, they obviously like you enough to be taking it into the bedroom," she wisely points out ahead of offering advice.
"I can't make someone be confident, you have to feel it, but obviously if you're not really confident, just switch the lights off and think of England!"
Urging people "let loose" during love-making, the savvy star went on to ponder just why size is an issue bedroom matter, beautifully declaring that sex should be "for everyone."
"They're going to see you in the day at some point as you don't just have sex in the night," Gemma continued when acting as an Agony Aunt for anyone suffering from a crisis of confidence.
"Just let loose and be free. Give your whole self to that person as they're going to love you as you are anyway."
"It doesn't matter what size you are, it really doesn't," she stresses.
"I don't know where this thought process comes from with people you know? Sex is for everyone. Size shouldn't come into it."
So when does the super-confident blonde beauty best enjoy a bit a bit of romance? Is she more of a morning person or does she prefer to get down to it during the evening?
"I’m all the time, hunny," she candidly answers our intimate question.
"I’m ready to go all the time. I’ve got plenty of energy. I’m good to go whenever the mood takes."
