Gemma Atkinson has said it was “weird” dancing with lover Gorka Marquez on the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special.
The former Hollyoaks actress, 35, met her now parter when she was a contestant on the hit BBC show in 2017.
She was partnered with Alijaz Skorjanec at the time while hunky Gorka was with Alexandra Burke - but despite not dancing together two years ago the pair fell in love.
The couple welcomed their first child, Mia, in July this year and are now set to partner up in the festive special of the BBC show.
Gemma told the Sun Online: “It is nice when you think of it like that I mean, when we did the dress rehearsal today, it felt weird.
"Because it’s where we met and then when you think we're all now here and we've got a little girl, because this is the last time I’ll be dancing on the Strictly ever.
"The last time on the floor, so it's nice that it's with Gorka and Aljaz will be watching."
In the Christmas special, Gemma and Gorka, 29, dance a jive while dressed all in red.
Their baby daughter makes a surprise cameo in the performance - as a family photo of the trio hangs in the background behind them.
Gorka said: ““This is our first dance together so we want to do this for our little girl and show her and embarrass her when she is 16. ‘There’s your mum and dad dancing’.”
The Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special airs on Christmas Day at 4.40pm on BBC One.
