Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez are transforming their sprawling garden for the summer months ahead.
The lovebirds, who got engaged on Valentine’s Day this year, have decided to uproot their entire lawn to build the garden of their dreams.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, former Strictly star Gemma shared a sneak peek of the renovation work that got under way in the couple’s front lawn.
The 36-year-old revealed her excitement when she posted a video of a digger uprooting the soil in front of her and Gorka’s stunning home.
Alongside the clip, Gemma wrote: “Yay! We’re finally getting a garden.”
In another shot, the former Hollyoaks star pointed out the space in the couple’s garden which will be their ‘meditation area’.
Gemma, who shares two-year-old daughter Mia with Strictly pro Gorka, has recently fallen in love with meditation and has been busy sharing how-to videos on her social media accounts while encouraging fans to take some time to breathe and reset by meditating.
The former soap star also revealed that she will be sharing garden updates with fans every day until it’s finally complete.
It comes just two months after Gorka popped the all-important question to Gemma on Valentine’s Day after four years of dating.
The couple met on Strictly in 2017 and fell for each other although they weren't partnered up.
The lovebirds went official with their romance after the show was over and went on to welcome a daughter, Mia, together in 2019.
Gemma previously surprised fans when she opened up about how she would love a quick, budget wedding with Gorka.
Not one for fuss, the TV star is hoping to have a small gathering as soon as possible.
Speaking on Steph's Packed Lunch recently, Gemma admitted: "I don’t know if I could be bothered with everything. I’d say no, not yet.

"I’m assuming part of the nice bit of the wedding is the build-up whereby you both plan it together – I know it will be stressful.
