A fight broke out on a busy Cardiff Street last night as a number of people ignored the lockdown rules.

The group were seen engaging in a brawl on Clifton Street, at around 6.30pm last night.

An eyewitness said two men had their bikes stolen and retaliated which led to a massive brawl.

Drivers can be heard honking their horns at the men urging them to stop.

The fight also took place just metres away from a police station.

Witnesses say the dispute was over a stolen bike

A spokeswoman for South Wales Police said: "Officers attended a report of a disturbance in Clifton Street around 6.30pm on Tuesday night. Those involved had left the area but officers are viewing footage to identify those responsible and speaking to a number of witnesses.
