A young girl walking on the sidewalk was run over by a motorcycle and was unable to walk.
Emily McGregor, 10, was hit by a motorbike as she was walking on a public road at around 7:40 pm on Saturday.
Her pregnant mother Laura received a harrowing call that her daughter had been hit by a bicycle and rushed to the scene with her third child.
Emily and her friends had gathered to hang out together, but within five minutes she was overwhelmed.
