Stephen Robinson has tipped loan goalkeeper PJ Morrison as a future Motherwell number one as he gears up for Falkirk's clash with Rangers.
The shot-stopper could be in for a busy afternoon with the League One side as he is expected to start for the Bairns against Steven Gerrard's side.
Ahead of the Betfred Cup clash, Robinson has heaped praise on the 22-year-old as he faces the likes of Alfredo Morelos, Jermaine Defore and Ryan Kent today.
"What he has done has been be very composed and confident. As I have said previously this is the best thing for him.
"We thought about bringing PJ back instead of bringing in another goalkeeper in, but ultimately that was the reason we brought Scott Fox in, to let PJ go out and get game time.
"Somewhere along the line we believe, if he keeps developing, he will be a number one for us."
