Everton 'linked' player 'one of the best'

Everton continue to be linked with Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha and although a move did not materialise in the summer, speculation continues ahead of the January window.

Now, the player has been described as ‘one of the best’ by a former Blues player.

Ex-midfielder Don Hutchison told Optus Sport about the qualities he could bring to Ancelotti’s side.

He said:

“People look at the Premier League and see superstars, and there might be better all-round players than Wilf Zaha, people like (Sadio) Mane and Kevin De Bruyne.

“But in one v one situations with the ball at his feet, I think he’s up there in Europe with some of the very best. You would never want to play against Wilf Zaha one v one.”
