That's the view of the Royal Blue podcast panel.
It's going to be a difficult transfer window for most clubs this summer.
Everton 'top the list' for Adrien Rabiot ahead of the summer, according to Tuttosport.
The 25-year-old looks set to be departing Juventus this summer and Everton have been extensively linked with him.
Last month, Calciomercato stated that Newcastle United were interested in signing Rabiot too, but it seems the Blues are the favourites at this stage, if the latest reports are to be believed.
The Frenchman would certainly add some quality in the middle of the park.
Leighton Baines and Seamus Coleman have been singled out for praise.
Well done, Gary Lineker.
We're all thinking of Jack and the Stevens family today.
Teenage forward linked
Man City have joined Everton in the race to sign Falkenberg centre-forward sensation Matthew Garbett, say Football Insider.
The 18-year-old New Zealander is already playing top-flight football in Sweden and both North West sides are thought to be monitoring him.
Everton could have an advantage in that the route to the first team is more obvious at Goodison Park.

Via Le10sport, Everton are interested in signing Thiago Silva this summer.
The 35-year-old defender worked with Carlo Ancelotti at PSG, and could be on the move even though his current club have offered to extend his contract, which is set to expire this summer.
AC Milan are also thought to be keeping an eye on the situation.
He is past his peak, but he has a lot of experience. Could he be a good acquisition?
Richarlison is working hard to improve his English - and Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr has had his say.
The Brazilians have been exchanging messages on Twitter.
According to Twitter's handy translations, Richarlison was saying:
'This English is hard Hahahah I learned a lot today and sorry for the lyrics'
With Vinicius replying:
'Harder to understand your lyrics than your English'
If anyone has a better idea of what they were saying, do let me know!
Who'd like to see him back at Goodison Park? It seems the Frenchman could be for sale.
Jordan Pickford says Everton are confident heading into the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park when the Premier League returns.
He told Sky Sports News:
"We want to win every game we play and any sort of derby match is massive for the fans and for players.
"We want to show how good we can be and we have an opportunity to beat them.
"We know they are a good side, they are top of the league.
"We just want to do our best and try to beat them.
"We know we have the ability in the squad to beat them.
"We just want to do it for ourselves and our fans."
Everton will reportedly sign Napoli midfielder Allan this summer for a fee of around £25 million.
According to Cronache di Spogliatoio, the Blues will pay the 29-year-old £100,000-a-week.
The all-action player was a key man under Carlo Ancelotti during the Italian's time with the Naples side, but has since found game time more difficult to come by.
And with Jean Philippe Gbamin out injured again, a new midfielder could be top of the priority list for Everton when the transfer market opens.
What next for the midfielder?
Phil Kirkbride explores in the latest Royal Blue column.
Reported Everton target James Rodriguez has been urged to stay at Real Madrid by former Galactico Roberto Carlos.
The Brazilian says now is not the right time for the Colombian to be moved on by the Bernabeu side, and that he still has a lot to give.
Via HITC, Carlos said: "James is a phenomenon. I have great affection for him. I ask for a little patience with him.
"When James comes in to play he does it very well, there are many changes for him.
"The most important thing is that he has confidence in himself, that he continues training as he is. The fans love him very much and he is a great player."
PL interest in Gueye?
It has been reported that former Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye is attracting interest from English clubs.
According to Le10Sport, two Premier League sides have made offers to sign the Senegal international when the transfer window reopens.
Gueye left Goodison Park last summer to sign for Paris Saint-Germain, and has made 20 league appearances in his debut season with the French champions.
Would you have him back, Blues fans?
