Super Kev urges Blues to use Kean
Everton fans’ favourite Kevin Campbell has given his advice on what Moise Kean should do to get his opportunity at the Blues.
Campbell told the ECHO:
“It’s a difficult one to get him scoring, because he’s got to play to score. Obviously the manager hasn’t felt that he’s quite right at the moment.
“It’s difficult to answer the question because I’m not on the inside, but as a father with a son who’s looking to play, sometimes you’ve got to knuckle down and keep working hard. Your chance will come.
“If you go for that sort of money you expect him to play, to be honest. Sometimes you’ve got to sit down with the manager and have a heart-to-heart to see what’s on his mind.
“As far as Moise Kean would probably think, he probably thinks he deserves to play. When the team are struggling, even more so.
“Maybe it’s time for a heart-to-heart between Kean and the manager.”

Kean makes Everton vow
Moise Kean has vowed to make amends to Everton after being dropped for their 2-1 victory away against Southampton for being late to a team meeting.
The Italian has been linked with a move away from Goodison, but he’s not interested in a departure.
‘I made a mistake,’ Kean told Corriere dello Sport over his Southampton omission. ‘Now I must put my head down and work hard.’

Barton on Unsworth clash
Joey Barton is looking forward to coming face-to-face with David Unsworth as Fleetwood Town visit Goodison Park in the EFL Trophy later this month.
He will be meeting Unsworth on the touchline for the first time since a bizarre rant when the latter was in caretaker charge of the first team in 2017.
Adam Jones has the story...
Gomes back at Finch Farm
In the same interview, Marco Silva also confirmed that Andre Gomes is back at Finch Farm.
He has been with us since last Monday, here at Finch Farm.
Every time he can see his teammates it is important for him.
Now is the moment to be patient with him and give him support. Try to always give him good feedback and the support he needs.
He is already at a different stage of his rehabilitation. With our medical staff and rehabilitation people, he will take care of himself.
In the meantime, he is always with us. Not just on the pitch or at Finch Farm, but the support he is giving his teammates.
Silva offers Delph and Bernard injury update
Marco Silva has offered an injury update on Bernard and Fabian Delph ahead of Everton’s clash with Norwich City this weekend.
The Brazilian has been sidelined for a month since suffering a knee injury against Brighton, while Delph missed the Blues’ last game with a damaged hamstring.
Silva has confirmed to the club’s website that the duo are back in light training but will assess their fitness levels before deciding whether to include them against the Canaries or not.
Let’s see if they will be available for the next match or not.
They are still in doubt. Bernard started to work with the team but in the first days of the week not full sessions.
He is getting his minutes and his time in the training session, each day he is doing a little bit more. Let’s see how he will react every day.
Fabian Delph is more or less the same thing.
We want is to get them better and ready as fast as we can, we are coming into a really tough period for us and we already have some long-term injuries, so it is really important to have the others in good conditions.
Kean speaks out on Everton future... again
Moise Kean has (again) addressed the transfer rumours that have recently surrounded his future as he sets out an immediate Everton aim.
Having been linked with a return to Italy, he’s told Corriere dello Sport (via SportWitness) that he’s determined to force his way into Marco Silva’ starting XI.
I’m not thinking about the transfer window now, others are doing that. I’m looking at the present, I want to train and play.
The Premier League is a very different league to Serie A. You need time to adapt. If I have to think about an immediate goal, it’s only to earn a starting spot at Everton and work towards that.
Fleetwood Town fixture confirmed
Everton have confirmed when they’ll take on Fleetwood Town in the next stage of the Leasing.com Trophy.
Taking a break from Moise Kean, but not from Italy, did you catch the latest Richarlison Twitter Q&A last night?
It brought us this little gem.
Someone want to tell him?
Raiola 'working' on Kean exit
Agent Mino Raiola is reportedly trying to convince Everton to let Moise Kean leave the club in January.
The 19-year-old has repeatedly been linked with a return to Serie A after taking his time to settle in England.
And with his first team opportunities so far limited ahead of EURO 2020, Corriere Dello Sport, cited by Sport Witness, report Raiola is working on a deal to get Kean to AS Roma on loan with a view to buy.
The report also claims Kean is keen on a return to Italy.
This rumour really won’t go away, will it?
Norwich City danger men
Norwich have endured a miserable return to the Premier League so far, losing nine of their 12 matches.
Bottom of the table, despite that amazing win over Man City back in September, they’re the visitors to Everton on Saturday.
Teemu Pukki remains their star-man despite not scoring since that clash with Pep Guardiola’s side, though he was in prolific form for Finland to help them qualify for EURO 2020 during the international break.
But who else should the Blues look out for?

Kean on exit rumours
Moise Kean has played down the possibility of leaving Everton.
The striker keeps getting linked with a move away from the Blues after failing to score for the club during a slow start to life at Goodison.
The likes of AS Roma and AC Milan have been linked with a move for the 19-year-old as a result.
But, speaking to RaiSport. It, he’s revealed his thoughts on speculation tipping him with a return to Serie A.
Going back to Italy in January? I don’t know, I just think about playing and giving my best on the field.
Mancini advises Kean to leave
Moise Kean has been urged to leave Everton again.
Not by his estranged father this time though. Instead it’s Italy manager Roberto Mancini.
The former Man City boss dropped the striker after a disciplinary issue at last summer’s U21s EUROs.
And, speaking to Rai Sport as cited by Forza Italian Football, he’s confirmed Kean needs to be playing regularly to stand any chance of a senior international call-up.
I hope he finds a club that allows him to play regularly.
A lot will depend on what he does from now until May for the Euros.
