Sky Sports claim the Shanghai SIPG manager would be willing to hold talks with the Blues, while David Moyes is also named as under consideration.

How Silva's torturous final day unfolded
Marco Silva’s final day in charge of Everton was bewildering and torturous in equal measure.
At around 7pm, 10 hours after he had arrived at Finch Farm to begin preparing for a game he strongly suspected he wouldn’t be in charge of, the Portuguese coach was finally informed that he was being sacked.

Late last night, reports emerged of Vitor Pereira being a possible candidate to take over at Everton as his odds plummeted.
Sky Sports said:
Everton want Shanghai SIPG manager Vitor Pereira to replace Marco Silva at Goodison Park, Sky Sports News understands. Pereira is currently managing in China having finished third in the Chinese Super League as manager of Shanghai SIPG.
And the Telegraph reported:
Vitor Pereira has emerged as Everton’s first-choice to become their new manager following the sacking of Marco Silva. The highly-regarded 51-year-old is keen to move to the Premier League and is believed to also be on Arsenal’s radar having previously been considered by Chelsea.
