ELECTRICITY North West said they had to resolve power cuts in multiple areas in South Lakeland in the early hours of this morning.

Ulverston, Kirkby-in-Furness, and Kendal were all listed as having power cuts resolved at 4.49am, 3.35am, and 7.50am respectively.

Kendal's loss of power was part of a planned operation and is due to have another power cut tomorrow with the affected postcodes being: LA8 0LR, LA8 0AA.
