Wendy's customer died 10 days after being brutally punched after complaining about an order tofast food chain employee.
The 67-year-old victim fought for his life on July 26 after Wendy's employee Antoine Kendrick, 35, punched him in the head when he started licking Frosty. was
Surveillance footage: According to police, the victim hit his head and was unconscious.
The customer died on August 5, Prescott Valley police said Monday night. His identity has not been revealed.
He has been in critical condition since being airlifted to the valley hospital.
Kendrick was charged with second-degree murder.
Footage shows Kendrick seeing a customer lying on the ground, walking behind the counter and leaving with some items.
"When a customer complained about the food he ordered, service employee Antoine Kendrick came out from behind his counter and punched the customer in the head," police previously said.
Other customers in the restaurant watched in horror.
