Skaters from East Kilbride ice rink have been competing with the best in the country this week, after qualifying for the British Figure Skating Championships in Sheffield.
Fifteen skaters competed in the event, which ran until Friday.
After only returning to the ice in late April, the squad have had to compete in two qualifying events from July to October, to secure their place.
Those taking part are Lauren Fleming, Rebecca Geddes, Natasha Herbert, Piper Laing, Mia Johnstone, Marnie McColl, Victoria McMahon, Isla and Taylor McLeod, Mya Milne, Julian Mullin, Naomi Ogbu, Christie Shannon, Sarah Tunnicliffe and Lia Wilson.
They’re joined by coaches Silvanna and Yvonne Cameron, Leanne Collins, Diane Dewar, Michelle McIntyre and Jennifer Milne.
Coach Leanne Collins said: “Throughout lockdown these dedicated athletes have kept themselves fit, and their resilience sure has paid off.”
