Dundee United and Aberdeen test Lanarkshire club on opening day

Motherwell was handed a first day visit to SWPL2 champion Dundee United. Hamilton Axies will host Aberdeen in the first big test of the 2022/23 season.

Motherwell will be visited by Glasgow CIty on August 14th to follow up on the match while Hamilton is in Hibernian.

The first derby between the two sides is in Hamilton on November 27th.

In SWPL2, newcomer Garquen will host the newly promoted East Fife on the first day while Queen's Park is traveling to St. Johnstone.

SWPL's interim managing director Fiona McIntyre said: list.
