The Dragons and Scarlets kick of the festive Welsh derbies at Rodney Parade this evening (5.15pm KO), with both sides welcoming back Wales stars.

Ross Moriarty is set to play his first game of the season off the bench, while Ken Owens and Hadleigh Parkes start for the visitors.
